At the meeting of the Expert Council nominees of the top St. Petersburg Theater Award Golden Soffit 2009 were announced. Among them are young actors of the Alexandrinsky Theater; Yanina Lakoba was nominated for the role of Ksenia in the performance “Ksenia. The History of Love” (nomination for the “Best Female Role”), Dmitry Lysenkov was nominated for the role of Gary Gay in the performance “Man Equals Man” (nomination for the “Best Male Role”), and Alexandra Bolshakova for the role of Leokadia Bagbick in the performance “Man Equals Man” (nomination for the “Best Supporting Role”). Yury Butusov’s performance “Man Equals Man” by Berthold Brecht was nominated in the nomination for the “Best Performance on the Big Stage.”
